1. License & Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, JobShop and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on jobshop.ai. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from jobshop.ai for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Copy or republish material from jobshop.ai
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from jobshop.ai
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from jobshop.ai
• Redistribute content from jobshop.ai

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

2. User Content & Comments

Parts of this website offer users an opportunity to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. JobShop does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments before their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of JobShop, its agents, and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, JobShop shall not be liable for the Comments or any liability, damages, or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

JobShop reserves the right to monitor all Comments and remove any Comments that can be considered inappropriate, offensive, or causes breach of these Terms and Conditions.

You warrant and represent that:

• You are entitled to post the Comments on our website and have all necessary licenses and consents to do so
• The Comments do not invade any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent, or trademark of any third party

If you are interested in linking to our website, you must inform us by sending an e-mail to apply@jobshop.ai. Please include your name, your organization name, contact information as well as the URL of your site, a list of any URLs from which you intend to link to our Website, and a list of the URLs on our site to which you would like to link. Wait 2-3 weeks for a response.

Approved organizations may hyperlink to our Website as follows:

• By use of our corporate name
• By use of the uniform resource locator being linked to

Note: No use of JobShop's logo or other artwork will be allowed for linking absent a trademark license agreement.

No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene, or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us at any moment. We will consider requests to remove links, but we are not obligated to do so or to respond to you directly.

90-Day Feedback Program Terms & Conditions

This program is designed to track your onboarding progress and gather feedback for client companies. Upon successful completion, you become eligible for a completion reward of ₹1001.

1. Program Purpose

The 90-day feedback program helps track candidate retention and gathers valuable feedback to improve the onboarding experience for future candidates.

2. Participation

Participation in this program is voluntary and requires you to complete 6 feedback sessions over 90 days. All feedback should be genuine and constructive.

3. Completion Reward

Upon successful completion of all 6 feedback sessions on time, you are eligible for a completion reward of ₹1001 (Rupees One Thousand and One only). This is a one-time cash reward for completing the full 90-day feedback journey. The reward is subject to verification and approval.

4. Data Collection

We collect feedback on your onboarding experience, training, work environment, and overall satisfaction. This data is used to improve the process for future candidates.

5. Data Sharing

Your feedback may be shared with the client company to help them improve their onboarding process. You have the option to opt out of sharing your feedback.

6. Privacy

Your personal information is protected as per applicable laws. Data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and used only for improving the recruitment process.

7. Confidentiality

Your feedback is handled confidentially. Individual responses are not shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

8. Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate and honest feedback. Misrepresentation or false information may affect your participation in the program and reward eligibility.

9. Program Termination

You may opt out of the program at any time. However, completing the full 90-day journey provides the most value for improvement and is required for reward eligibility.

10. Client Reporting

Completion confirmation helps client companies track retention metrics and improve their onboarding processes.

11. Reward Processing

Reward claims are processed within 15 working days from the date of confirmation. Verification will be done before approval. Payment will be made via bank transfer/UPI. Tax will be deducted as per applicable laws.

12. Acceptance

By confirming 90-day completion, you accept these terms and conditions. You acknowledge that your feedback may be used for improvement purposes and that the reward is subject to verification.
