Job Description

You will be supporting customers of India;s largest Bank.
You will be handiling Chats regarding their Banking related quiries.
You will be handling Chat queries about the customers Bank account and banking related quiries.
This is Rotational shifts process.
Six-days working with 1 day rotational off
- One Year BPO experience is Mandatory

Skill Required

Good communication skills in English
Ability to handle multiple chats at the same time.
A team player
Active listening and questioning, an eye for detail to determine the root cause of the issue, to avoid repeat contacts and further effort to resolve issues
Display Ownership and accountability
Quickly build trust and confidence with customer
Own and resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively and empathetically
Excellent comprehension and articulation skills
- Excellent communication skills written
