  • You will be supporting customers of India;s largest Bank.
  • You will be handiling Chats regarding their Banking related quiries.  
  • You will be handling  Chat queries about the customers Bank account and banking related quiries.
  • This is Rotational shifts process.
  • Six-days working with 1 day rotational off
    • One Year BPO experience is Mandatory

Skill Required
    • Good communication skills in English
    • Ability to handle multiple chats at the same time.
    • A team player
    • Active listening and questioning, an eye for detail to determine the root cause of the issue, to avoid repeat contacts and further effort to resolve issues
    • Display Ownership and accountability
    • Quickly build trust and confidence with customer
    • Own and resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively and empathetically
    • Excellent comprehension and articulation skills
      • Excellent communication skills written
